% 29.11.2016 Petitioner claims to have married respondent no. 2 on 24.05.2016. The petitioner also claims that his wife is being illegally detained by her parents. While issuing notice, the petitioner sought production of respondent no. 2. The respondent no. 2 is present along with her father.

We have interacted the respondent no. 2 in the chamber in the presence of learned counsel for the petitioner. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has not married the petitioner out of her own free will and she was forced into marriage and thus there is no marriage in the eyes of law. Respondent no. 2

submits that she does not wish to reside with the petitioner and she is residing with her family out of her own free will. Resultantly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
