The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.313/2016 registered under Sections 326/341/324/506/195A/34 IPC at PS Mundka. Status report not filed. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2016. The investigation is complete. It is informed that FIR No.204/2015 under Sections 308/354/506/341/120B/34 IPC and FIR No.610/2015 under BAIL APPLN. 2311/2016
Sections 452/323/34 IPC have already been registered against the complainant.
Cross-case vide FIR No.314/2016 has also been registered against the other party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period already spent in custody, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
