O R D E R

% 21.07.2017 Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the petitioner/DRI submits that the respondent's anticipatory bail application is pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi for arguments on 19th August, 2017 and he may be permitted to raise all the pleas and points raised in the present petition before the learned Sessions Judge. Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the prayer being allowed. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition and all pending applications are disposed of. The petitioner/DRI is directed to raise all the points raised in the present petition before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 19th August, 2017, the date already fixed before the Sessions Court.

In the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in terms of the order dated 27th May, 2017.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J JULY 21, 2017 'dc'
