BAIL APPLN. 2285/2016 Immigration Officer, on checking the passport of petitioner, who was flying out to Kenya, suspected the VISA of South Africa to be fake. Passport was seized by the Immigration Officer. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on verification, Visa of South Africa has been confirmed to be fake.

Petitioner was issued notice to appear before the Investigating Officer but he did not appear before him. Custodial interrogation of petitioner is required to unearth the whole racket.

Keeping in mind the above facts, application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
