% 24.04.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 23rd February, 2016 passed in W.P.(C) 9593/2015 whereby respondents-Land and Building Department was directed to dispose of the petitioner's application for allotment of alternative plot under the Scheme of Large Scale Acquisition, Development and Disposal of Land in Delhi after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner preferably within three months.

Today, learned counsel for respondents states that petitioner's case has been recommended for allotment of 250 sq.yards alternative plot. He assures this Court that the said recommendation shall be forwarded by the respondents to the DDA within a period of two weeks.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondent-Land and Building Department is accepted by this Court and respondent-land and Building Department is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 24, 2017 js
