After arguments and at the stage of the dictation for disposal of the appeal, counsel for the appellants say that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed but the appellants be granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31.12.2017. It is also agreed that the appellant will clear all charges towards electricity and water etc. of the suit premises till the appellants are in possession of the suit premises. 2.

Let the appellants file their undertaking in this Court within a period of 10 days in terms of the present order and on the appellants filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, the appellants will not be evicted from the suit premises till 31.12.2017.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid observations.
