% 29.11.2016 It is stated that the refund has been approved; a copy of the order has been given to the counsel for the petitioner who points out that the wrong bank account has been shown. Upon the petitioner revealing the correct bank account, appropriate rectification shall be made and the refund amount together with interest shall be paid within a week. A direction is also issued that the interest shall be paid from the date it became due and not from the date of furnishing Form-9 and the calculation of interest shall be indicated. In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
