% 23.11.2016 Today, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has handed over a copy of letter dated 22nd November, 2016 addressed to the petitioner, wherein it is stated that the premises in question has now been vacated and there is no misuse of the basement. He further states that the letter dated 22nd November, 2016 should be treated as a letter disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 26th February, 2016. The said statement is accepted by this Court. In view thereof, the order dated 11th May, 2016 stands complied with.
In the event, the petitioner has any grievance with the letter dated 22nd November, 2016, she is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petition and the application are disposed of. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
