O R D E R

% 29.11.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the TDS certificates have not been furnished by the dealer/petitioner. In this matter which pertains to refund claims in respect of works contract, within two weeks of the furnishing of such TDS certificate by the dealer/petitioner, the respondents shall ensure that the refund orders together with interest is made and entire amount is remitted to its account; the calculation of interest shall also be indicated.

In case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is at liberty to apply to the VATO who shall decide the application within a month of its presentation.
