(C) 10708/2016 After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner make a detail representation to the authorities for their consideration. In view of the above submission and the fact that petitioner is a student, who intends to pursue B.E. Degree, this Court is of view that on the petitioner making such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass a speaking order within 10 days from the date of receipt of the same.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master.
