O R D E R

% 10.11.2016 Petitioner and respondent no. 2 had been running their respective businesses in neighbouring shops. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter, which led to the registration of present FIR No. 326/2016 under Sections 323/341/452/506 IPC at Police Station Welcome on the complaint of respondent no.2. As per the FIR, petitioner assaulted the respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 was discharged from the hospital on the same day. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes with the intervention of their common friends. Respondent no. 2 is present

in Court and has been identified by SI Pankaj, P.S. Welcome. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner on his own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure and that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the above facts and in the interest of justice, FIR No. 326/2016 under Sections 323/341/452/506 IPC registered at Police Station Welcome, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
