BAIL APPLN. 1300/2015 The petitioner prays for bail on the ground that the allegations against him are of general and omnibus nature. He further submits that two of the accused persons of this case who are similarly situated to the petitioner have been granted anticipatory bail.
The prayer of the petitioner before the court below was for extension of interim bail which was rejected by order dated 12.05.2015. The petitioner, if so advised, may prefer an application before the court below seeking bail in the matter on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application in order to enable him to file fresh application before the Trial Court for the needful.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
