% 01.05.2019 The present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1972 against the respondent for noncompliance of order dated 15.03.2018 passed in W. P. (C) No. 9829/2016 titled as "Radesh Singh Vs. Union of India & Anr." Learned counsel for the UOI submits that an offer letter has been issued to the petitioner and he has joined the services. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
