The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays as follows:- "a.
Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction to the respondent No.2 to to decide the representation dated 07.09.2018.
b.
Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction to the respondent No.2 to 4 to verify the documentary proof regarding the land in question from the concerned Tehsildar of the SDM Office, Rajouri Garden.
c.
Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction to the respondent No.2 to 4 to call the MAUKA REPORT of the land in question from the concerned Tehsildar of the SDM Office, Rajouri Garden.
d.
Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order and direction to the respondent No.5 i.e. Delhi Development Authority restraining from demolishing the temple.
e.
Pass such other order/direction or orders/directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the Religious Committee, appointed by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, to decide his representation dated 07.09.2018, in accordance with law.

Counsel as above accept notice on behalf of the respondents. Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 states that, the representation dated 07.09.2018, filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be responded to, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner. Directed accordingly.
Since no other directions are prayed for in the present proceedings, the same is disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of.
