The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 188/2018 under Sections 420/34 of the IPC registered with PS Pandav Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The aforesaid FIR was registered at the instance of respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that he has since resolved all disputes with the petitioners and has no further grievance against them.
He joins the petitioners in praying that the said FIR be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They confirm that they have since resolved all their disputes with respondent No.2 in terms of a Settlement Deed dated 01.07.2018. 4.
In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent No.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present
petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 188/2018 under Sections 420/34 of the IPC registered with PS Pandav Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The parties shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of the statements recorded herein.

The petition stands disposed of.
