% 25.11.2016 The petitioner seeks a direction for refund of its excess VAT tax amounts paid together with interest.

The learned counsel for the respondents, appearing on advance notice, submits that refund orders dated 23.11.2016 have been made with respect to the principal and interest amounts payable. Copies of the said orders have been produced; they are taken on record. The amount shall be remitted to the petitioner's account within one week from today. In case of any discrepancy the petitioner may apply to the VATO; such application shall be disposed of within 30 days of its receipt.

The petition is disposed of.
