% 18.07.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 B.S.E.S. Rajdhani Power Ltd. admits that matter has been settled with the petitioner Shri Madan Singh, inasmuch as settled amount has already been paid by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2. It is further submitted that he has no objection in case FIR No. 1019/2014 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area is quashed, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and
respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1019/2014 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
