% 13.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states, as the matter is pending consideration before the Religious Committee, in view of the orders passed in W.P.(C) No. 8729/2014 Nitin Sharma vs. Government of NCT of Delhi and this writ petition also pertains to the same Temple, it will be appropriate that the matter is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive this writ petition, in the eventuality an order is passed by the Religious Committee to the prejudice of the petitioner herein. Granting aforesaid liberty, the writ petition and connected application are disposed of.
