This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 24th August, 2017 and 5th September, 2017.

The counsel for the petitioners states that since the respondents have agreed to pay the court fees on Rs.1,20,00,000/-, the petition can be disposed of. He however states that a Special Leave Petition against the order dated 11th July, 2017 preferred to the Supreme Court is coming up on Monday i.e. 11th September, 2017.

Needless to state the disposal today of the petition shall be subject to orders of the Supreme Court.

The petition is disposed of.
