Vide order dated 15.5.2017 the present matter which was filed as First Appeal against Order (FAO) was converted into a Regular First Appeal (RFA) and the appellant was directed to pay court fees. 2.

Appellant has not paid the court fees.

In view of the above, the first appeal is not maintainable without payment of court fees and the same is accordingly dismissed. In case the appellant files the court fees within a period of four weeks from today then appellant will have the liberty to revive the appeal for being heard on merits.
