% 12.10.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 4 months. Co-accused Geeta Madan has already been granted bail. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned APP submits that petitioner brought the complainant, a minor girl, to Delhi from Jharkhand and got her employed with Geeta Madan and Rajesh Madan for doing house-hold chores. During the period when the complainant was working with Geeta Madan, she was not treated properly, in as much as, she used to be beaten up by Geeta Madan. Complainant has alleged in the FIR that her salary may be got recovered from Geeta Madan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that salary has already been paid to the complainant by Geeta Madan. It is submitted that the age of the prosecutrix, as per ossification report, is 17 to 19

years.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
