% 15.11.2016 Issue notice. Sh. Harpreet Singh, Sr. Standing Counsel accepts notice. The petitioner's grievance is that the imported goods, i.e. memory cards were seized on 27.08.2016 and its request for provisional release made on 27.09.2016 has not yet been processed. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the Court is of the opinion that the respondents should pass an order on the application under Section 110A of the Customs Act, 1962, within two weeks from today and serve it directly to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
