% 17.09.2018 Crl.M.A. 32300/2018 By this application, the petitioner submits that the omission to mention the facts pertaining to previous petition was inadvertent and clerical. He tenders unconditional apology and has also prayed for permission to withdraw the main petition.

An affidavit of Mr. Narender Singh, Advocate, who filed both the petitions, has also come on record, on 14.09.2018.

He has also regretted the error and tendered unconditional apology. Though in the application prayer for liberty to file corrected petition is also made, at the hearing, the counsel submits that the petitioner does not press for any such liberty.

The date 05.10.2018 earlier fixed is cancelled. The apologies are accepted.

Notices to show cause are dropped in the hope that such misadventure will not be undertaken by the petitioner or his counsel in future. The main petition (Crl.M.C. 4677/2018) along with applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
