% 10.12.2018 Learned counsel submits that by virtue of the order of the Revenue [ITO Ward 54(5)] dated 28.11.2018, its rectification application under Section 154 was granted and that this has resulted in substantial relief. Learned counsel states that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition and initiate further suitable action as and when it is necessary so to do.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
