% 25.09.2018 The only prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to pass speaking orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner, as far as back as on 10th May, 2017. Inasmuch as there can be no objection to issuance of such a direction, it is not necessary to call upon the respondents to file any response to the writ petition.
Accordingly, the prayer in the writ petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to dispose of the appeal, dated 10th May, 2017, submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks and communicate a copy of the decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
