% 20.02.2017 It is brought to our notice that the issue raised in this petition i.e. the delay in appointment of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes had already been considered and decided by the Supreme Court.
A copy of the order dated 16.01.2017 in W.P.(C) No.832/2016 titled Radhakanta Tripathy v. Union of India & Anr. has been placed before us and a perusal of the same shows that the Union of India was directed to fill up the two vacant positions in the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes within three months and the writ petition was accordingly disposed of by the Supreme Court.
In view of the above said order of the Supreme Court, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition and accordingly the same is
disposed of.
