% 20.09.2018 Issue notice. Ms. Udita Malviya accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file any reply as she has instructions not to oppose the prayer made in the petition.
The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 17.03.2017. I am informed by the learned counsel for the parties that 20-21st April, 2018, parties mutually consented to extension of time for rendering the Award by a period of six months. I am further informed that time for rendering the Award came to an end on 16.09.2018.

Accordingly, as indicated by the counsel, time is extended by a further period of three months, commencing from 16.09.2018. Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending application shall stand closed.
