% 07.03.2018 Mr. Sunil Mittal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal in view of the circumstance that the parties to the present petition have since arrived at an amicable resolution of their matrimonial dispute and have instituted an appropriate petition seeking a decree for divorce by mutual consent before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Mr. Mittal, learned Senior Counsel further states that they must be granted liberty to approach this Court in the event of any difficulty.

Leave and liberty granted.
