% 24.11.2016 Petitioner claims that her minor daughter has been enticed by her own son-in-law namely Yaseen and removed from her custody since 26.10.2016. The missing girl has since been recovered on 16.11.2016. Her statement U/s. 164 Cr.PC has been recorded. Missing girl is present in the court along with her mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
