The present revision petition is filed under section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 to impugn the order dated 11.08.2016 passed by the court of Sh. Tarun Yogesh, SCJ-cum-RC, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition bearing no. 78615/16 under section 14(1)(a) read with section 25B of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 whereby the trial court has granted leave to the respondent to contest the eviction petition. 2.

The petitioner being aggrieved, filed the present writ petition to impugn the order dated 11.08.2016.

Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner stated that before the trial court, the evidence on behalf of the petitioner has already been concluded and further stated that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the trial court to conclude the trial and also to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. pronounce the judgment within a time bound manner preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Ms. Shalini Kapoor, Advocate for the respondent stated that although the respondent has cited 25 witnesses to be examined before the trial court but after receiving appropriate instructions from the respondent she may be confining to examine 5-6 relevant witnesses and she shall be cooperating before the trial court in early conclusion of the trial. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to make every possible endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of 09 months from the date of receipt of this order.
