% 18.12.2017 Mr. Rajat Aneja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal in view of the circumstance that during its pendency, the appellant has been transferred to Noida.

The appeal along with all the pending applications is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, whilst reserving liberty of the appellant to assail any order which may be rendered by the disciplinary authorities in relation to the subject matter of the present proceedings, if aggrieved thereby.
