% 06.12.2016 Petitioner was released on parole from 21st March, 2011 to 4th May, 2011. During this period, petitioner was involved in an FIR No. 53/2011 under Sections 395/397/120-B of the IPC registered at Police Station Lahori Gate. Petitioner committed this offence during the parole period. His jail conduct is also unsatisfactory. He has been punished on 1st July, 2016 and 5th September, 2016 for his misconduct.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, I do not find it to be a fit case to grant parole to the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
