O R D E R

% 14.09.2018 Role assigned to the petitioner is of catching hold the victim. Role of stabbing the victim is assigned to the co-accused, who happen to be the brothers of petitioner. Victim has already been examined. Petitioner is in custody for more than 11⁄2 years.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
