In view of Section 32(d) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971, disputes which are subject matter of the present petition will have to be decided by the concerned District Judge, and therefore, counsel for the petitioners states that instead of dismissing this petition, this petition be transferred for decision to the concerned District Judge with the date of filing of the proceedings before the concerned District Judge be taken as the date of filing of the writ petition in this Court.
