O R D E R

% 13.10.2017 This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.608/2016, under Sections 456/448/420/506/120-B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim has already been recovered and the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is ready to join further investigation, if required, and there is no evidence qua against the present petitioner and prays that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail. Learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application and has submitted that the supplementary charge sheet is yet to be filed in

the Court.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join further investigation and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that the petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court; he shall not contact the victim in any manner and shall not visit the house of the victim and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

The present bail application is allowed and stands disposed of accordingly.
