W.P.(C) 10826/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 10.12.2012 passed under Section 345 A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957. His submission is that he had been permitted to taken recourse to assail the order dated 10.12.2012 by an earlier order passed by a Bench of this Court on 05.11.2015 in CONT CAS (C) 572/2015. At the outset, this Court notes that the order being assailed is an order passed under Section 345A of the DMC Act. This order is appealable under Section 347 (B)(m) of the said Act. This petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy as is permitted under law.

Petition disposed of.
