% 18.11.2016 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 were having business dealings.

Disputes arose between them, which resulted in registration of the present FIR No.

437/2014 under Sections 323/452/308/354/34 IPC at Police Station North Rohini on the complaint of respondent no. 2.

It is pointed out that cross FIR No. 413/2015 under Sections 420/406/323/341/354/506/120-B IPC has also been registered in the same police station on the complaint of petitioner no. 1. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court

Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 12th August, 2016 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement (Annexure P-4). Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and submits that terms of settlement have already been complied with. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre and the terms thereof are stated to have been complied with and that respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue her case any further, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 437/2014 under Sections 323/452/308/354/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
