% 27.01.2017 By this application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.646/2016 under Section 308/324/379/356/34 IPC registered at PS Neb Sarai. Status report has been filed. As per status report, besides the above noted FIR, petitioner is involved in five other cases of similar nature. He is BC (bad character) of the area. Even in the above noted FIR, despite grant of interim protection to him vide order dated 16th November, 2016, and despite service of notice for appearance, petitioner is not joining investigation.

In view of involvement of the petitioner in other cases and the fact that he is not joining investigation, this court does not deem it a fit case to grant bail. The bail application is accordingly dismissed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
