% 06.03.2017 Respondent No.3 has been served. However, it is reported that he is not well and that is why he has not come to the Court. The mother and other brother Rahul Kumar of petitioner No.2 are present. They state that they have no concern with the petitioners and that they have not issued and will not issue any threats or coercion to the petitioners on account of the fact that they had got married.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not received any threats or coercion from respondent No.3 or the other family members of petitioner No.2.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of as

infructuous. However, in case the petitioners perceive any threat from respondent No.3 or any other family members of petitioner No.2, the calls made by the petitioner shall be attended to promptly by respondent No.1.
