% 19.01.2017 The parties have entered into an amicable settlement without any force or coercion. The plaintiff and all defendants are signatory to this settlement.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the defendants have partly complied with the terms and conditions of this settlement which are mentioned in para 2.

The suit stands decreed as per the terms and conditions of the settlement enumerated in para 2 clause (a) to (f) of settlement deed.
