% 24.11.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13th November, 2014 passed in RC.REV.No.353/2013, whereby the petition was disposed of with consent that respondent-tenant shall vacate the tenanted premises on or before 31st August, 2016.
The petitioner who appears in person states that despite the aforesaid consent, the respondent-tenant has not vacated the premises till date.
Having heard the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has an alternative effective remedy by way of execution proceedings.
Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the execution proceeding already filed by him.
This Court directs the Executing Court to decide the execution
