It is noticed that a typographical error has crept into the first sentence of Paragraph no. 18 of the order dated 30.07.2019, inasmuch as, the word "ensuing" has been typed instead of "undertaking". 2.

Accordingly, the said sentence is rectified to read as under:- "18. Public lands cannot be permitted to be usurped in the guise of undertaking academic and scholarly pursuits, as has been attempted in the present case."
