BAIL APPLN. 2313/2016 Petitioner seeks interim bail to attend marriage of his nephew scheduled on 16th November, 2016. Lagan ceremony is to take place on 14th November, 2016 and reception on 18th November, 2016. State has verified this fact.

Earlier also petitioner was released on interim bail on 2-3 occasions. It is not the case that he has misused the concession of interim bail granted to him.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. After completion of bail period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
