CRL.M.C. 175/2017 & Crl.M.A. 803/2017 (stay) After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has not appeared before the learned Family Court and the only prayer in this petition is for giving him some reasonable time for paying ₹1 lakh in instalments, he would move an appropriate application before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court seeking the said time so as to pay the amount in instalments.
