% 11.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted to respondent no.4 at property bearing no.A-3/77, Lal Quarter, Krishan Nagar, Delhi-51; submission is that this could only be done with the connivance of statutory bodies who have taken no heed against the illegal and unauthorised construction.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.2/EDMC has put in appearance. His submission is that construction on the ground floor and the first floor of the said property is old; there is no on-going construction; however, the second floor and the third floor

have booked and it was just yesterday i.e. on 10.11.2016. Learned counsel for EDMC submits that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken and will be completed up to logical end. This statement of respondent no.2 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that all actions in accordance with law shall be carried out. Respondent no.2/EDMC will take the assistance of respondent no.3as and when required.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
