% 05.12.2017 The objective with which the instant Transfer Petition has been filed was to have the petition under section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act pending in the Court of Addl. District Judge, to be consolidated with another similar petition being OMP (Comm.)350/2016 pending on the Original Side of this Court. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petition which was filed in this Court has since been disposed of vide order dated 25th May, 2017.

In view of the above, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
