% 21.07.2015 We are informed that the matter is listed before the learned Single Judge tomorrow (i.e., 22.07.2015). One of the grievances of the appellant was that the appellant was not heard as the appellant had been impleaded on that very day on which the impugned order was passed. Now that the matter is listed before the learned Single Judge tomorrow, the appellant would be heard. Consequently, we see no reason to keep this appeal pending before us and we are disposing it of by directing that the learned Single Judge shall hear all the parties and pass the appropriate order. The issue with regard to the appointment of the Local Commissioner and demarcation would be gone into by the learned Single Judge.

The appeal stands disposed of.
