% 14.02.2017 This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by VIOM Networks Limited now referred to as ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited.

In view of the decision (as held in ARB. P. 574/2016) that there is no arbitration clause between ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited and the respondent as, the present petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
