O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 The parties have mutually agreed that 50% of the award amount having been released to the respondent no.1/claimant, deducting `6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) along with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of the award till the date of deposit of such amount by the insurance company, the rest of the amount lying with the Registry be released to the claimant along with the accrued interest. The appellant-Insurance Company shall also be entitled to get back the refund of the statutory amount of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) along with interest, if any. It is also mutually agreed that out of the additional sum of `6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only) to be released to the claimant(s),

a sum of `1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) shall be released to the claimant(s) and the remaining amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit in consonance with the terms of the impugned award.
