W.P.(C) 11041/2016 & CM APPL. 43118/2016 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no.1 to issue a Regular Tehbazari Site and Tehbazari License to him. The petitioner also seeks a direction to restrain respondent no.2 or any other official from removing or discontinuing the petitioner at the present site i.e. Chanakya Puri, till the completion of survey by the Town Vending Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer only to the extent that this writ petition may be treated as a representation to the Town Vending Committee.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we accept the submission made by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Town Vending Committee of the NDMC that this petition will be treated as a representation by the petitioner. Writ petition and application stand disposed of in view of above. DASTI.
